Scientific and Executive Assistant of the Academic Director

He is an expert in International Humanitarian Law, Humanitarian diplomacy and Armed-Non-State Actors. Master’s Degree student in International and Diplomatic Science at the University of Bologna, currently member of the Office of the Academic Director at the Heritage International Institute (HII). He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Pisa, where he completed his thesis titled “Unstable Balance: Iran and its Relations with Saudi Arabia and Israel”. He participated as a speaker at the Conference on Humanitarian Diplomacy (May 2024, Forli’ Campus), organized as a first step in view of the 34th International Conference of the Red Cross and Red Crescent (Geneva, October 2024) where he also will take part, featuring high-level national and international professors. Since December 2023, he has been a European Union Junior Expert at Punto Europa, a Jean Monnet Center of Excellence at the University of Bologna. In 2023, he completed an internship with the Observatory on Politics and Institutions at the University of Pisa.
